Description
This manual provides guidelines for States and the operators under their jurisdiction on the development of a code of performance for international helicopter commercial air transport. It is intended to support provisions incorporated into Annex 6 - Operation of Aircraft, Part III -· International Operations -Helicopters in Amendment 23, which permit variations from the prescriptive code of performance, including those without a safe forced landing, where justified by a safety risk assessment.
