Description

This comprehensive programme includes a self-paced online course and a virtual, facilitator-led eWorkshop. Participants first develop foundational knowledge in key soft skills through a self-paced online course, followed by an interactive virtual workshop where they apply their knowledge in real-world aviation scenarios. Through hands-on activities, case studies, and live feedback, participants strengthen their skills in communication, teamwork, time management, presentation, and ethical decision-making, equipping them to succeed in diverse aviation environments.

The Essential Soft Skills for NextGen Aviation Professionals Programme is designed to provide an overview of critical soft skills, leadership abilities, and communication strategies essential for aviation careers.
